Three Italian students decided to create a software development firm in 2013, right after graduation. We have been growing organically through win-win partnerships, serving SMEs and multinational firms, becoming official mobile development partner of the US Government (Veterans Affairs department).

Our most important asset is our team. Our software development team is fully made of top-notch software engineers, with a balanced mix of experienced devs and junior profiles. We are currently 20 people and we do not outsource any part of our development process. Quality and reliability are of utmost importance for us.

Since the beginning, we decided not to invest on a sales team. We relied only on word-of- mouth which put us in a great position: either you deliver the best possible experience or you fizzle out. We have been able to grow 40% YoY on average with no sales effort, which made us realize we were on the right track. Still today, we embrace a different culture: goodbye selling, hello win-win partnership building.
